Obviously these termites have been here for years. There’s more problems with this house than just termites,however it is a good reminder to make sure all water drains away from the house, and you don’t let your flowerbeds and the grading touch your siding. When this happens, problems arise and it is often found after extensive damage has already occurred. This is a rental. I feel sorry for the owner.
