I was called out for a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection on this home. I went to check the garage and after opening the doors was faced with this mess. This garage is completely inaccessible as were many parts of the homes interior, basement included. There is no way to perform a through inspection with conditions such as these. Numerous notations were made on the report referencing the accessibility of the areas needed. If the mortgage company requires another more through inspection these owners are in for a rude awakening. Don't let your home get to this point. Make sure important areas are accessible. You never know when you will need access to electric, plumbing and the need to address pest issues.
